Semantic Scope defines what the domain is about, what concepts and predicates it recognizes, what constraints apply, and how tightly controlled extension is allowed.

What Semantic Scope Must Define

Semantic Scope is the boundary contract between “what the domain is allowed to mean” and “what must remain outside the domain or be expressed through extensions”.
