Canonical organization for Athena domains, semantic classes, relationships, states, evidence structures and cross-domain navigation.

RDomain does not create independent domain silos. Domains extend a shared semantic substrate and are traversed through context-sensitive navigation over the same canonical identity, relationship, temporal and evidence systems.
